Our needs for a new home were unique as my husband is a wheelchair user. We were discouraged after meeting with other builders at their hesitancy to make small modifications to their floor plans to make the home wheelchair accessible. We were so happy when we met with Mitch and he came prepared to the meeting with two floor plans within our budget and some ideas already mapped out for wheelchair friendly modifications.

Fast forward and we are now living in our beautiful, wheelchair accessible home. Mitch, Amanda, Niel, and the rest of the team were so helpful, communication was excellent, and we feel the quality of our home is top notch. We loved our experience with Interstate Homes and would recommend them.

Interstate Homes tops any experience we've had with previous builds. Their team is easy to work with while planning and designing, thanks Mitch and Amanda. Interstate Homes is known for top quality and workmanship, thanks Kelly and Neil. You are the best. We love our new home.

We were looking for a builder back in January 2017. We came upon Interstate Homes building at Grandpa’s Pond in Hurricane . It was a very good experience. We were very impressed with Jeff and the sales staff. Unfortunately at that time we couldn’t move forward with the build.. Last summer we were introduced to Zion Vista. We signed our contract in August 2019. We moved in to our home on June 16,2020 and we love it. Everyone at Interstate has been more than helpful. If there’s a problem they are on top of it immediately. I know we will enjoy living out the rest of of our days here.

We bought new construction home from Interstate Homes. The home is made from top quality materials, design and workmanship. All parties from craftsmen, landscaper, real estate team and Interstate Homes teams were easy to work with.

We are gratefully for working with highly regarded professionals.

Amanda and the team helped create our dream home and made the process so easy!

The customer service program is excellent. Margaret responds immediately that they have received my request. Chris does an excellent job of completing the items in a timely manner.

I adore Amanda! After shooting her parade homes for two years, I noticed she and her team consistently complete projects on time, have a keen eye for detail, and are very kind.

I am a realtor and have sold a couple of homes with Interstate Homes. They are excellent to work with. Jeff was very helpful and focused. Amanda in the design center has such great taste and is so responsive, and same with Margaret. She keeps everything organized and helped with all communications. New construction can be hard, but they have the support and resources to help through the process.

Great people to work with. Have had an awesome experience with Interstate Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone!
