We sit down with you
We take the time to understand what you need, then we choose a plan with you around it. After that, the fun part starts.

You pick your finishes at our design center
It's 1,800 square feet of selections. Our buyers have chosen them many times, so we know they look good together and they hold up.

We walk you through the build
During the construction of your home, we walk you through it at our Pre-Sheetrock Orientation, so you see everything that keeps it comfortable and how it all works together.

We teach you how your home works, and then you get the keys
When your home is finished, we walk you through it at our New Home Orientation and show you all the ins and outs to ensure you're comfortable for years to come. It's our favorite moment of the whole build.

Our design center
Our design center is 1,800 square feet, right next to our office in Hurricane. It's full of selections our buyers have chosen many times, so they look good together and they're built to last.
A lot of what we include as standard is an upgrade somewhere else. And if you'd rather have something different, you can trade one of our standard upgrades for credit toward one you pick.
