Zion Vista is a new 80-lot community in southern Utah. Convenient to all the things that make the Hurricane Valley a quickly growing area, Zion Vista is the ideal place to make your next home.
Location
Zion Vista is located in a city named Hurricane (that’s Her-ah-kun, not Hur-uh-kein). Specifically, the community’s model home is located at 453 S The Narrows, Hurricane, UT 84737.
About The Zion Vista Community
What makes Zion Vista unique compared to many other nearby communities? A few things come to mind, but one of the biggest is the gorgeous views. Propped up on a hill, the subdivision overlooks the stunning valley. We encourage you to see for yourself why people have been eager to take advantage of the unique opportunity this community’s location provides.
We didn’t want to create a space in which you only stared at the views from inside your home, however! We wanted our residents to get outside. In the neighborhood is a fantastic park operated and maintained by the HOA. In the park, you’ll have access to a putting green, pickleball courts, and a covered pavilion.
We’ve made an effort to bring the uniqueness of the area into our community as well. Not only are our floor plans named after features in Zion National Park, but so are our streets. Every time you write out your address, you’ll be reminded of the extraordinary area you call home.
About Your Zion Vista Home
We’re here to design and build you a home that’s personalized to fit both your needs and desires (there will be no compromising here!). In doing so, we’ve developed 11 different floor plans. These range from three to five bedrooms and from 1,440 to 3,046 square feet.
Our builders pride themselves on developing high-quality homes that are a blend of modern, contemporary, and southwestern design.
Schools
Zion Vista lies in the Washington County school district. Those in the community have the opportunity to go to Three Falls Elementary, Hurricane Intermediate, Hurricane Middle, and Hurricane High.
Shopping and Restaurants
Hurricane contains all of the shopping and stores you need for daily life, including grocery stores, pharmacies, auto parts stores, and gyms. Hurricane even has its own farmer’s market that runs from May to October!
You have a fair amount of dining options in Hurricane, and you can find everything from fast food to coffee shops to family-friendly sit-down restaurants.
For more of a variety while shopping or dining, St. George is just a 20-minute drive, and Las Vegas is two hours away. A nearby freeway on-ramp will allow for even easier access to these areas soon.
Outdoor Activities
Living in Hurricane brings you unbelievably close to a limitless number of outdoor activities. Whether it be swimming, paddle boarding, golfing, hiking, camping, mountain biking, rock climbing, canyoneering, or even skiing and snowboarding, the area has something for every outdoor enthusiast.
Additionally, living in southern Utah gives you access to unique outdoor activities that you don’t get to experience in most of the country.
